The health and safety of all our clients, their families, and our team is our top priority. As such, we are following recommended health guidelines and taking measures to ensure a secure environment for everyone.

We ask you to help us keep everyone safe as well by staying home if you;

• Have a fever or are experiencing other flu-like symptoms,
• Travelled outside the country less than 14 days prior to your appointment,
• Have been in contact with anyone who tested positive for COVID-19.

You may also notice some changes in how we do business since your last visit; it’s how our team is striving to make you feel comfortable and remain healthy;

• Appointment times are spaced out to minimize overlap and maintain physical distance between clients. This means there are fewer appointment spots available each day than in the past. We strongly encourage clients to book ahead to avoid delayed care and disappointment,
• Face masks are required to be worn when inside the building as per local health regulations,
• There are fewer seats in the waiting area. Clients are asked to arrive as close to their appointment time as possible,
• Upon arrival, all clients will be asked to wash their hands with soap and water before their treatment,
• High touch areas are sanitized regularly, including all treatment equipment between appointments. 

Cancelled or missed appointments:

While we understand unforeseeable things may sometimes happen, we now require 24 hours notice when cancelling an existing appointment. This enables us to better serve the most clients as more people are looking to return to care. A fee will be applied in the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment.
